With its family-friendly atmosphere, Anthony's Grill is open for breakfast (from 7:30 am), lunch and dinner.

Breakfast menu is so varied the toughest part is making a decision. Eggs Benedict, center cut steak and eggs, smoked salmon platter, corned beef hash, every combination of omelet, hot and cold cereals, French toast, Belgian waffles, coconut waffles and pancakes plus a special menu for children.

Lunch and dinner choices are just as tough to select from – and just as easy to enjoy. Starting at 11:30 am and running straight through 11 pm, you can order anything from the 8-page spread, including some two dozen choices of appetizers, soups and salads. Among the starter favorites: Paradise Bruschetta, Rosemary bread topped with diced plum tomatoes, garlic, red onions, basil and olive oil, Bahamian conch fritters, grilled cold salmon filet garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, lime and toast, Anthony’s Super Combo – spinach dip, chicken strips, Buffalo wings, pork ribs, conch fritters, Nassau conch chowder and white conch chowder prepared like a New England clam chowder but with the national delicacy of conch, cobb salad and several types of Caesar salad and the top choice -- Anthony’s famous conch salad marinated, chopped, diced and served fresh each time.

Main course choices include a hearty, hefty seafood platter, grilled Bahamian lobster tails, herb crusted red snapper, speared grilled shrimp, a wide variety of pastas: seafood pasta, jerk chicken pasta, year-round lobster ravioli, penne Bolognese made from a 40-year-old secret family recipe from the old country, all types of chicken: barbequed, mushroom chicken breast, Santa Fe chicken breast topped with guacamole and mozzarella, steaks and burgers, pizza and the all-time meat favorite: sweet, tender baby back ribs.
